Our rehabilitation assistants work hand-in-hand with the multidisciplinary team to help clients reach their cognitive and physical rehabilitation goals, making sure they have access to community support services.
Our rehabilitation assistants are experienced and work autonomously. They participate in continuous training and professional development to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to support clients with complex needs. They collaborate closely with case managers, solicitors, and therapists implementing a comprehensive rehabilitation programme with a multi-professional approach. Their diverse responsibilities include vital roles in community reintegration and the promotion of independence.
Following each session, our rehabilitation assistants prepare reports that are reviewed and monitored. These reports are shared with the case manager, solicitor or family as requested.
We carefully match each client with a suitable rehabilitation assistant based on their specific needs and the assistant’s expertise. This personalised approach ensures optimal support and effective rehabilitation outcomes.
We work with an array of experienced clinicians that support both adults and children. All clinicians are thoroughly vetted by the company ensuring they meet NeuroLink Therapies regulatory standards.
